NEW GENERATION 800TVL CAMERAS ARE NOW AVAILABLE IN OUR NEST BOXES

 THESE NEST BOXES ARE FITTED WITH SENSOR CONTROLLED BACKGROUND LIGHTING GUARANTEED TO BRING YOU SUPERB COLOUR IMAGES EVEN ON A DULL AND OVERCAST DAY.   THIS LIGHTING DOES NOT DISTURB THE NESTING BIRDS.  

The cameras have a built in sensor to switch off the infra red lighting during the day to prevent colour images appearing "over exposed or whitened out" by high infra red lighting levels.

NEST BOXES FITTED WITH OPAQUE SIDE WINDOWS FOR CAMERA LIGHTING, RELY ON BRIGHT SUNLIGHT TO PRODUCE COLOUR PICTURES AND CAN "HUNT BETWEEN COLOUR AND BLACK AND WHITE PICTURE WHEN THE CONDITIONS ARE DULL.

There is selection of DIY nest box cameras and the 1/3” CCD 700 TVL Ultra-High Resolution camera which is available at £100 is the same model as the one used in the 2011 BBC Springwatch series for the Little Owl nest box footage. This range of cameras is the only one currently available which has a sensor to cut off the infra-red lighting during the day, which gives a clearer image.

We also have an excellent selection of nest box cameras across the whole market, from the entry level camera, ¼” CCD 420 TVL, to 1/3" CCD 800 TVL, all fitted within UK sourced English red cedar wood nest boxes, which come complete with cabling (20 metres), power supply unit and accessories. This kit is ready to be plugged in for viewing on the television.

There is a range of nest boxes and cameras which are available in a rustic style with locally sourced cedar wood which has a natural finish.

If you have larger birds which you would like to see in their nest boxes we can supply Kestrel boxes which are constructed from marine grade plywood which ensures that they last longer. As you would expect the cameras are superb and provide audio and infrared for those people who can’t sleep and enjoy watching the nocturnal activities of their favourite birds.

We can also supply nest boxes and cameras from our connoisseur range. The boxes are made from UK sourced FSC English red cedar wood which has its own preservative. These are complete with CCD 700 or 800 TVL colour camera with audio and infra-red 20 metres of cable, power supply unit and scart adaptor for TV use. This camera has the latest Sony chip technology which gives the highest and best resolution of any camera in this market, and is designed to our precise specifications to bring you the clearest images.
