3. ...ensure PORT number is 2000
4. ...and enter username : GUEST (all caps) and password : 1234567 and click enter...
(You may need to set up ActiveX on your PC to view these images. Follow the instructions on the screen)

Go to Internet Options,
click on security tab,
click on custom level,
scroll down to ActiveX controls and plug ins,
download signed ActiveX controls,
click prompt.
download unsigned ActiveX controls,
click prompt.
Run ActiveX controls and plug-ins,
click enable.
You should now be able to view our cameras which will indicate the model and resolution for comparison
