PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS

The product descriptions are as accurate as possible, but we reserve the right to alter them without prior notice. The photographs and images shown on this website are for illustrative purposes only: the actual products may differ.
Our camera kits are for UK use and are PAL format.
Power supply units are standard 13 amp 3 pin.


GUARANTEE

All our nest boxes, bird feeders and camera kits carry a one-year guarantee against faulty workmanship and failure of equipment.


ORDER PROCESSING

Orders will be processed the next working day after your order has been confirmed, and payment has been received in full. We accept payment by cheque or credit card. Please contact us for further details.
Please contact us if you require express or special delivery. This may incur a charge.


CARRIAGE AND HANDLING

Carriage charges are not included.
Goods will be packed and dispatched via our carrier from stock within 4 working days.
Please allow for up to 10 days for deliveries to mainland UK.
You will be advised if we are out of stock and delivery time will be longer. A new delivery date will be advised.


LOSS/DAMAGE/DELAYED DELIVERY

On delivery, please ensure that your goods are received in good condition and the packaging is not damaged. Sign for them if they are undamaged, or mark the delivery note as “goods damaged”.
We will only replace the goods damaged in transit.
If your order is incorrect, lost, damaged or delayed in transit, please contact us by email or by writing within 28 days of your order date and provide us with your order reference and date of order. We will not be liable for any loss, damage, incorrect delivery or delay if we do not receive written details of your claim within this period.


RETURNS POLICY

If a faulty item is delivered or it is not the item that you ordered, you will be offered a replacement. If this is not acceptable a full refund will be offered.
Faulty items must be returned within 28 days to qualify for a refund.
Notification of faulty goods must be made immediately on receipt of the item.
This does not affect your statutory rights as a customer.


CANCELLATION POLICY

Order cancellation must be done within seven days of receipt of goods. Goods must be returned unused.
If goods are returned for any reason other than being damaged or faulty, for example the goods are not required, the customer must pay the return postage.
Refunds will be made as soon as possible.
